Belgium, tiny country full of chocolate and beer, favored in World Cup game against U.S.

The nation of 11 million people, smaller than the state of Pennsylvania, produces 220,000 tons of chocolate annually and makes more than 800 beers. The Belgian soccer players swept their first three World Cup games, and they easily defeated the U.S. 4-2 last year in a friendly match in Cleveland.

The Dignity for All Students Act of 2010 requires all city schools to report incidents of bullying, but for the 2012-2013 school year, 80% reported zero incidents. This includes Intermediate School 117 in the Bronx, where emotionally disturbed 14-year-old Noel Estevez fatally stabbed his classmate, Timothy Crump, 14, on Wednesday.
